Is my $49 refundable?
Yes. You can request a full refund before completing your final device purchase, including after allocation is confirmed. Email support@maebia.com with your order number. See the reservation terms below.
Is the $49 deducted from my final price?
Yes. If your reservation converts into a completed MAEBIA device purchase, the full $49 is credited once toward that purchase.
Does paying $49 guarantee an iPhone Duo?
No. Inventory, color, storage configuration, shipping date, and final allocation are not guaranteed until MAEBIA confirms them. Apple’s availability date is not a MAEBIA delivery promise.
When will I pay the remaining balance?
Only after allocation is confirmed and you elect to proceed. We contact you with the final details and a separate way to pay the balance. We never automatically charge the remaining device balance.
What happens if MAEBIA cannot fulfill my reservation?
MAEBIA will cancel and refund your reservation payment if we cannot confirm or provide your allocation. You can also request a full refund any time before final device purchase.
When does iPhone Duo become available?
Apple announced U.S. preorders beginning October 16, 2026 and U.S. availability beginning October 23, 2026. MAEBIA’s allocation and delivery timing are separate and must be confirmed.
Is MAEBIA Apple?
No. MAEBIA is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.
Can customers outside the United States reserve?
No. This reservation program is intended for U.S. customers only. Ineligible reservations will be cancelled and refunded.

1. What you are purchasing
The $49 payment reserves your place on MAEBIA’s priority reservation list. It does not buy an iPhone, create an Apple preorder, or confirm a device allocation. No physical goods are shipped for this payment.
2. Allocation and availability
Payment does not guarantee inventory, color, storage configuration, shipping date, or final allocation. Your selections are preferences, not confirmed device orders. MAEBIA will contact you when your requested configuration and availability can be confirmed. Priority is within MAEBIA’s own list and does not confer priority with Apple.
3. Final purchase and $49 credit
If you choose to complete a device purchase from MAEBIA, the full $49 reservation payment is credited once toward that purchase. MAEBIA will confirm your configuration, final device price, applicable taxes, shipping costs, and delivery information before asking you to proceed. Apple’s announced U.S. starting price of $1,999 is a reference price, not a binding MAEBIA quote for every configuration. The remaining balance will never be charged automatically. You must expressly choose to complete the separate final payment.
4. Full refund before final purchase
You may request a full refund of your reservation at any time before completing the final device purchase, including after allocation is confirmed. No cancellation or reservation fee is retained. If MAEBIA cannot confirm or provide your allocation, MAEBIA will cancel the reservation and refund the payment; you do not need to accept a substitute. You can request a refund while waiting for allocation.
Email support@maebia.com with your reservation order number and the email used at checkout. No reason, returned item, packaging, or return shipping is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund. Contact MAEBIA for refund status.
These reservation conditions take precedence over the store’s general return, cancellation, and final-sale conditions for the $49 reservation payment. After you complete the device purchase and the credit is applied, device returns are governed by the terms disclosed for that purchase and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
5. United States only
This program is available only to customers in the United States. MAEBIA verifies U.S. eligibility before confirming an allocation. An ineligible reservation will be cancelled and refunded.
6. Apple’s timeline is separate
Apple announced iPhone Duo on September 9, 2026. Apple’s U.S. preorders begin October 16, 2026, with U.S. availability beginning October 23, 2026. These are Apple’s dates, not promised MAEBIA allocation, shipping, or delivery dates. The calendar countdown on our page counts days to October 23 in U.S. Pacific time; it does not indicate stock or an Apple launch hour.
7. Preferences and privacy
MAEBIA collects your name, email, telephone number, U.S. ZIP code, and device preferences to administer the reservation, contact you about allocation, and provide support. Shopify processes reservation orders and checkout payments. See our Privacy Policy for processing, retention, sharing, and your rights. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reservation and support messages are separate from marketing.
